How has the crisis reshaped the Romanian retail - innovation in convenience stores

​Roxana Baias is a professional with 13 years experience in strategic marketing, branding and disruptive innovation. During her career she held various top management positions and she has been responsible for building and managing complex brands portfolios in retail and FMCG in Central and Eastern Europe.

She is currently a member of the FMCG Retail Division Mercadia Board, being responsible for building and implementing the marketing strategy for MIC.RO and MACRO/miniMAX networks and for other lines of business of the group.

Before joining Mercadia, Roxana Baias worked as Associate Marketing Director at Procter & Gamble Balkans. She has acquired more than 10 years experience within P & G managing the marketing activities and working in Romania and in other organization's offices in Bulgaria and Belgium.
